📐 Design Parameters

I would like to have an explicit toggle in Quilter to enable double-sided component placement. This feature would allow me to flag specific components that must remain on the top side. Currently, Quilter struggles with single-sided designs, leading to numerous failed physics rule checks. An explicit toggle would help in creating successful designs by iterating on solutions that utilize both sides of the board.

It would be helpful if Quilter could support routing signals on different layers orthogonally to one another. This strategy can protect specific signals and improve the overall design quality by maintaining fixed orientations on different layers.
